Well, it’s been a little while since I’ve posted. Partly because I have been out of town surprising my father for his 60th birthday (all six kids together (the last time was 5 years ago), and he had no idea!), and partly because I have been working on revamping this blog with the goal of making it more user friendly and readable.
I’ll be posting more soon, because I have loads to tell you about my first canning experience using a pressure canner, as well as our first batch of sourdough starter, the butterfly experiment, and my journey back into the world of CLEAN for round 2. Stay tuned…
