It’s time for CLEAN again! This time, I am committed to getting through the entire 21 days with minimal hiccups! I really want to know what food(s) might be causing my digestive issues once and for all!
It was a pretty uneventful day, coming off of my 3 day fast (I actually ended up with 3 1/2 days).
The fast, by the way, was wonderful and very spiritually enriching (I would highly recommend reading the book Fasting by Jentezen Franklin if you want to learn more about fasting for spiritual reasons), as always. And, I am praising God for some answered prayers already! Who am I to deserve such blessings? Thank you Lord!
On to today’s menu:
Breakfast – none, was still fasting
Lunch – Chicken Fried Rice (CLEAN version)
Dinner – Berry Smoothie
On to day 2 tomorrow!
